I had ordered a kurta plazo set from pireni.in my order id was #4834 and I recieved my order on 24th august 2020. As I opened my order the kurta was of very bad quality and not fit to my size and the two legs of a single plazo were of different size. I immediately checked the company site for return but no option for return was available. Then I sent them email on 25th august 2020 for return and refund a
requset and from that day I am continuously sending them mails for return and refund of my order but they aren't even responding to my mail. I request you to kindly look into this matter.
