Placeyourjob — refund my 3060 rs

I got a call from this company and they promised me that they will place my job in Gurgaon but for that I need to pay 3060Rs on urgent basis because there is a opening in TCS. I was in need so I deposited this amount to their account. As soon as I received a call they scheduled a fake meeting with someone telling that he is the HR from TCS company. In interview i feel like this is a fake person because of his tone it was not professional, he said I am selected in 15mins, I need to submit my documents. I was happy, but next day I received a call from a agent of placeyourjob.com consultancy that I need to pay 9000 more in order to get offer letter and it is refundable.
At the same time I refused to pay that amount and said that I do not want to opt any services from your company please refund my 3060.
Suddenly I stopped receiving their call, earlier they used to call me in every hour. When I call them they always says that perticular person is on leave, break and all... I shouted and said I will complain if they will not attend me then they transferred the call to a person naming Rachit Sharma and he said that as their policy I can get my amount within 90 days of filing complaint. As the same time I calculated and confirmed that it should be receive on my account on 21st of July. And when I call them on 22 their number was not reachable and even they are not responding to my email. Initially they said that if I pay 3060 amount then I will get life time membership but once they received the amount they didn't even call me back. Please help me on this because these companies are looting innocent people's money
