I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against PlanetSpark for failing to deliver the services as promised at the time of enrollment and for not responding to multiple support requests, including a refund request submitted through their official help desk.
Despite being assured of a robust and engaging learning experience, my actual experience has been far from what was promised. At the time of joining, I was explicitly promised the following:
1. Regular group activities, competitions, and events every 1–2 weeks – These were never conducted or communicated.
2. Lifetime access to the LMS with resources – The LMS platform is extremely difficult to navigate and does not allow smooth scheduling. There is a consistent one-day delay in booking practice or evening classes, rendering it practically inflexible.
3. Responsive and ongoing support – The enrollment counselor who had promised availability via WhatsApp has been entirely unresponsive after payment. I was added to a group with only the teacher (Divya) and left to manage on my own.
4. Option to change teachers or select class timings – This flexibility does not apply to group classes and contradicts what was communicated before enrollment.
5. Workshops and global assessments – I have not received any meaningful communication or guidance regarding these features, and multiple tickets raised to seek clarification were addressed only after significant delays.
While I did receive some one-on-one sessions and appreciate the no-cost rescheduling feature, most of the other promised features were either inaccessible or poorly delivered. I have completed only 15 one-on-one sessions and 5 group sessions, which still fall within the observation window for group classes.
I have supporting screenshots of classes attended, emails sent before enrollment, and help ticket records to substantiate my claims. These clearly show a discrepancy between the promised services and actual delivery.
I have made repeated efforts in good faith to resolve these issues directly with PlanetSpark, but there has been no resolution or refund offered. I am, therefore, requesting a prorated refund for the remaining classes as the services rendered are incomplete and inconsistent with the contractual promises made during enrollment.
I kindly request your help in escalating this matter to ensure that the refund is processed promptly. If not resolved, I am prepared to take this further through consumer courts and other grievance redressal forums.
