Hello, my name is ankit kumar from chandigarh, i had purchase a honda shine sp from one of your chandigarh showroom name (Platinum honda) address: is plot no-370 phase-1, near, hallomajra chowk, industrial area phase i, chandigarh. It was my 2nd service done 9 sep 2017, my engine number is t - 0090397. And unfortunately the purchase was when bymistake i purchased your company bike date is 17 jan 2017. Every time when i went for the service i discussed about the same problem and he assured me everytime to solve the problem but still i am facing same problem in my bike. You cant even feel the road side problems which i faced. I am into delivery part of job and because of this bike i faced many problems on the delivery times on my duty hours. Seriously you service station staff is totally uneducated they don't know what is service station is mad for. You must be hired a high level technicians for your service stations. And very soon i will reach at the owner of this showroom and all the conversation i will record myslef and update on all social media sites specially on facebook page and twiter. Then after you got to know what one costumer is matter for you and for your sales... Thnaks my number
