I have been cheated by theplayzone.in please help me to get my money back from this fraud eCommerce company.

I have ordered the " Playingzone 48V Lithium Electric Bike Mountain Folding Ebike Electric Fat Tire Bike from following website on 24th-Aug-2021.

But still I am not to get any Tracking ID, nor any product update. I have tried companies contact number +91 [protected] but on that number incoming call is barred, I have also tried by companies email address care.[protected]@gmail.com but that email id is could not found.

I have paid ₹1, 998.00 against my order via card Banking payment method.

Requesting you to please take appropriate action and help me to get my money back.
