Hi i made a transaction of rs 20, 000 on the 4th of jan to your account but its more than 3 weeks my sragy wallet is not credited and the transaction shows to be pending. I have so many mails on this but not even a single response till now. How long should i be waiting for this. This is so frustating and giving me mental stress to have so much money invested and getting locked as pending transaction. Atleast someone should tell me what is the issue causing this delay.
This is only making me to think about your credibility and if i should ever make transactions again.
I have attached all required documents for you to refer and get back on this.
