Hey, I had made advance payment for himchal Pradesh in November 2022. We supposed to go in jan 2023. But we didn't book any train or flight because we were not sure about the date so just made the payment unfortunately we wouldn't make the use of the package. But the girl who booked our tour gve us the granting that the package is valid for one years . Now we trying to use the money which paid to them 13230rs they not refunding or not giving us the new package for new tour . Even after all calls and messages those all manager of Himachal Pradesh and Shimla making us fool . I was supposed to take new package but after experience such service I want to take back my money .
