Pmfs — Payment failed for UGC-JRF

My name is Gowhar Hassan. The status of my Jrf fellowship shows payment failed due to the failure reason "Miscellaneous - Others -[4]".
Please let me know what does it mean so that I can rectify the same.

Hi
I sent an email to the canara bank. They replied back and said it's due to the insufficient funds. Payment will be made soon
