Housing loan rs.732477/- sanction in jan/2019. disbursed in feb/2019 with duration of 96 months with emi rs.10769/- i.e. till 3/2027. ( EMI is being paid regularly).in aug/2019 subsidy rs. 134592/- received and emi comes down to rs.8648/- than increase of interest rate emi raised to rs.8898/- and also due to non payment of 6 months emi in CRONA these were brought forward i.e. loan tenure goes upto 9/2027. thereafter suddenly interest rate increased by 0.20% secondly and my emi raised to Rs. 10233/- and loan tenure reduced. But in 2025 from january to april-2025 RBI reduced home loan two time i.e. total upto 0.50% and emi must be reduced. But neither payment schedule has been sent by branch of PNB housing 35 chandigarh not any statement of due-drawn given. I had already made a complaint to RBI ombudsman cell, chandigarh which has been forwarded toNHB Delhi as the matter was related to NHB. No reply received. Should I feel that the subsidy given under Prime Minister Aavaas Yojna is being adjusted saying rate of interest increased time by time. Please Look into the matter. I shall feel highly obliged as I am a Sr.Citizen and emi is being deducted from my Pension funds. Hoping a favourable response...Thanks
