On 12th November 2024 Mr Abhi Dutta Relationship manager of Poddar car world Cooch behar visited my home along with a local car mechanic of Dhubri TARU with a grand Vitara for test drive.He discussed with me and done a agreement of purchase and resale of my old car Mahindra TUV 300 T10 bearing registration number AS17 J 4838 at the rate of exchange value of Rs 470000/- On 18 th November 2024 he came to my home Gauripur Dhubri, Assam with new grand Vitara smart hybrid Alpha midnight black colour bearing Chasis no.MBJTYKL1SRJ265791 Engine no K15CN7530149 handed over to me with car key and other documents, few documents signed by me also, my old car taken by him on same day, payments done on road price.He assured me car registration of my new car will be done within one months of purchase.It is almost 2 and half months passed out i am not getting my car registration done by the poddar car world coochbehar and Jalpaiguri.Several enquries done by me, several email sent to Poddar car world Coochbehar, Jalpaiguri, Maruti office, NEXA office, Physically i also visited Poddar car world in return only fasle assurance and nothing else.In email Maruti and nexa responded, registered my complaint but not solved tillnow.Now i have to pay huge amount of penalty for this new car registration.Poddar car World Jalpaiguri at last responded due to involement of Maruti and NEXA but tillnow problem not solved.Basically by profession i am Physician working at Dhubri Medical college and hospital.So it is my humble request kindly look into the matter and do the needful, Thanking you, With regards, Dr Jakir Hussain, Mobile no.[protected], email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.
