We placed a prepaid order on 28th June 2022 for ₹336 but I have yet not received any response from the website pohunch.com and all the numbers provided are fake and unresponsive. Our Invoice Number: JK1262--Order Number: KT[protected]
Invoice Date: June 28, 2022 Order Date: June 28, 2022. Product Qty Price Total rs 304. The payment was made through bank ref: 28/06/2022

We sincerely hope that This is NOT a total breach of the agreed code of ethics. We very well understand that with the expanding horizons of the company there are problems but will the customer have to suffer in this manner?
For good order sake and for the betterment of the company suggest management should view this matter very seriously.
Kindly be advised that the above communiqué is forwarded to ensure that management gets the required feedback. How else will you know about the situation?
