I placed an order with Pokonut on 18 November 2025.

Till date, the product has not been delivered, despite repeated follow-ups over more than a month.
₹738 is not a negligible amount for me, and I cannot afford to let my hard-earned money be wasted due to the seller’s negligence and false assurances.
From the beginning, Pokonut has made it extremely difficult to contact them:
The email address mentioned on their website is incorrect, and emails sent there bounce back.
The customer care phone number disconnects automatically after a recorded message stating that customer executives are busy.
Their WhatsApp support is entirely AI-based, providing only default options with no option to speak to a human representative.
After persistent efforts, I managed to find what appeared to be their correct email address via their Instagram page and emailed them in November 2025 itself. There was no response for almost two weeks. When they finally replied, they claimed that my order was “misrouted and returned”.
This explanation is false and misleading. I was tracking the shipment using the tracking details provided by Pokonut, and the order never showed as dispatched at any point. Hence, the claim of misrouting is incorrect.
I again emailed them on 15 December 2025, after which a customer representative responded stating that he does not have the authority to issue a refund and that he would “arrange delivery”. Despite this assurance, nothing has happened — no dispatch, no delivery, no refund, and no further communication.
It has now been over one month since payment, with:
No product delivered
False explanations provided
No functional customer support
No refund issued
This clearly amounts to deficiency of service, misleading communication, and unfair trade practices. I am seeking a full refund of ₹738 for Order ID #[protected], along with appropriate action against the seller to ensure such practices are not repeated with other consumers.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and help me obtain my refund at the earliest.
