[Resolved]  Police Clearance Service — Complaint Regarding Payment Deducted but Application Showing "Unpaid"

I wish to bring to your notice that I submitted an application for a Character Certificate through the Maharashtra Police Clearance Services (PCS) portal.
On 26 June 2026, I made an online payment of ₹159 through Google Pay (UPI). The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and I also received confirmation from Google Pay. However, on logging into the PCS portal, my application continues to display the payment status as "Unpaid."
I request you to kindly verify the transaction, update the payment status against my application, and process my application at the earliest.

The payment status is automatically updated from "Unpaid" to "Paid" within 24 hours of the successful transaction. Therefore, applicants are advised not to make a second payment and to wait for up to 24 hours for the status to be updated automatically.
