Policybazzar — My Car Policy even not active even after 345 days

My Car Policy No.# PBRC00000495 was issued on 05/02/2021 by RAHEJA QBE company via PolicyBazzar company and I took my previous car policy and also other policies via PolicyBazzar. And on August 07, 2021. I received mail from PolicyBazzar Team and me to check if i mad any claim on my previous policy and on same day i have confirmed that i haven't done any claim. And on August 08, 2021 I received a mail and asked me to pay shortfall amount Rs. 218/- on the premium, saying there were some differences in previous policy NCB. But the previous NCB was referred and updated by PolicyBazzar executive as my previous policy was also with PolicyBazzar and regarding the same I had call with PolicyBazzar team for multiple time and informed that was not my mistake, but still i intended to pay the shortfall amount Rs. 218/- on 15th August 2021 and uploaded the self-inspection video as requested by them and the same has been informed to them on mail. Later I was asked to reupload the self-inspection video multiple time as they are not able to see the car chassis number and i have done the same until 14th October, 2021 and informed them on mail and as well on call and they have told me that they will update in case of any issue with the video, but not received any.
On 3rd February, 2022 received call from PolicyBazzar executive for my car policy renewal, i have asked them to check my current policy and status then i get to know that even after 345 days my policy issue was not resolved and i have asked the executive to escalate the issue and he promised me to arrange a call back. Next day since i was not received the call, i have called them and escalated the case and checked with them that why they not updated me or called me to fix the issue or asked me to reupload the video again. They have apologized for the issue caused and again asked me to upload the video when my policy was expiring in next 18 days, i told this is not making me any sense to upload the video again as the policy is going to expiring in next 18 days. But without no option i have resubmitted the self-inspection video on 4th February, 2022 and informed them on call and as well as on mail. But till date (Feb 9) i haven’t got any confirmation on resolving my policy issue, but simply they are stitching the days. When I call the customer care, every day they told that they will arrange call back but it never happened and I used to do follow up every day. Kindly help me to get the compensation for wasting my time and mentally disturbing. Thanks in advance – Regards, Vinothkumar P
