I made a payment on 04 December 2025 via Razorpay UPI to the merchant Poloclass.in / Polocloths.in for an online order.

The product was delivered in damaged condition, and I raised a return request immediately. The return pickup was completed on 26 December 2025. However, even after nearly 30 days (as of 25 January), no refund has been initiated.
On contacting the delivery partner ShopDeck, I was informed that the product was lost in transit, which is not my responsibility. The seller stated that since they have not received the product, they cannot process the refund. Both parties are shifting responsibility, and I have not received a proper resolution despite multiple follow-ups.
I have fulfilled all customer obligations. The issue is due to internal coordination failure between the merchant and their delivery partner. I request Razorpay to escalate this issue to the merchant and logistics partner and assist in initiating my refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
