Pon Vidyashram — Urgent Request for Refund of Pre-KG Admission Donation (2012-October Batch)

Dear Ponvidyasharam School, Valasaravakkam Branch

I am writing to formally request the refund of the 50, 000 rupee donation I paid in October 2012 for my child's admission to Pre-KG

As per the school's agreement. The agreement stipulated that the donation would be refundable after 10 years.

As the 10-year period has now passed, I have repeatedly reached out to the administration office regarding the refund. Unfortunately, despite my numerous attempts, I have not received the promised amount.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of progress and inconsistent answers I have received from the admin manager.

While I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, the repeated assurances of "we will receive the money, but we don't know when" are unacceptable.

I kindly request that you prioritize and expedite the processing of my refund. The delay in receiving this amount is causing significant financial hardship for my family.

I trust that you will take my request seriously and act swiftly to resolve this matter.

I look forward to a prompt and positive response outlining a concrete timeline for the refund.
