[Resolved]  Pooja Aganpal — Working against her own clients

Ms. Pooja Aganpal claims to be a lawyer who will fight for societies against builders. However, after being hired by the resident's association at TCS, Nirvana Country, Gurgaon, she worked against the very association that paid her fees in the first place. All of Pooja Aganpal's actions were determined by an ousted AOA president (the guy who hired her), and she also helped this ousted president file a lawsuit against the election commission appointed by her own client (the resident's association). The lawsuit was, of course, thrown out because of frivolity. We will be reporting Pooja Aganpal to the bar association, but this is a warning for anyone who chooses to hire such an unprofessional lawyer.
