We have purchased IFB FRONTDOOR 5 kg washing machine during the year 2005. Till 2015, the machine was running successfully without any major problems. During May 2015, the machine running was stopped and we called a IFB Service Dealer M/s Poona Electronics, Triplicate, Chennai 600 005 for servicing the unit. After their inspection, they instructed us to replace the MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) which costs around Ra's.5800/- and a service charge of Ra's.300/- They replaced the PCB vied our Complaint No.719780 dated 23/05/2015. With Surprise, the Unit went malfunctioning today and we called the same service company for rectifying the unit. They now told the PCB they replaced during May 2015 is not working and requesting us to replace the same by spending again Ra's.5800/- for the same. This leads to lot of confusion and agony on the service company that the unit which was running successfully for the past 10 years without any issues, and the PCB changed by the service company was TOTALLY DEFAULT within 9 months period. We hereby request you to address the issue and change the PCB without cost to enable us to continue the TRUST we have with IFB electronics.

We informed the customer that Lens was not ready in stock and will take some time to deliver the product, which is why it took a long time to deliver the product.
We are very apologies that the lens which customer received was damaged having some scratches on the lens,
We imminently apologize to the customer and arrange the return pickup for the same.
The customer was asking for the Refund but as per the policy we have to replace the product.
The customer was not ready to wait so we told the customer that we will send the replacement lens imminently once the return pickup was done.
And we ordered the lens from the dealer but it was taking time because of the transistor.
The customer was not ready to wait for 1-2 days.
We also inform the customer that we will refund the whole amount once we receive the damaged lens.
But the customer is not ready to wait.
Our representative has already spoken to the customer about the above-mentioned points.
