I called Pooja Electronics on 5th Feb 2014 asking to do a service on my Whirpool washing machine since it took 2.5 hours running time. Next day (6 Feb 2014), Mr. Shakthi Vel from Pooja electronics attended the issue and advised to pay Rs. 2000 for replacing the inlet valve specifying that the water flow would be increased and running time would be 47 mins. Mr. Nirmal then came and replaced a new inlet value. But even after replacement there is no difference and the running time of the washing machine took 2.5 hours. We immediately called the customer care of Pooja electronics to complain. They were in no mood to listen. Even after calling them several times regarding this complaint, there was no proper response. Finally after repeated calls on 6th Feb, 10th Feb, 15th Feb and 17th Feb, Mr. Nirmal finally turned up today (17th Feb) to look into the issue. When we asked for the refund of the Rs. 2000 that we paid, they were not ready and very rude in responding that nothing can be done. They claim additional charges to check the problem further.
