Dear sir,
we have taken the loan from pooja finelease ltd. Against mobile no. [protected] and loan no. Dld1-ho000436 with name of vishal pandey for rs.50, 000/-. And i paid of my emi on timely from pooja finelease ltd., but my job has been lost due to covid-19 and lockdown. So, i unable to pay my loan on time. Then my pooja finelease ltd. Recovery agent is harassing me on call or my relative house. He is using abusing words on call or my relatives house. And he is misbehaving on my relative house like that using abusing words, treats to kill me and harassment of my relatives etc., it is unfair. Because as per rbi & supreme court of india policy, recovery person can't such type behavior against loan holder and with his family member like that using abusing words, threats to kill me and harassment etc., he can take only legal action. Thus please necessary action against him.
If you will not take any action. Then i will file police complaint on pooja finelease ltd. Company and his recovery agent for harassing, abusing me and threats to kill me.
And we have already the complaint in rbi against pooja finelease ltd. And his recovery agent.
And i don't know what is the name of recovery agent.
Please solve this issue on the priority basis.
