My brother who happened to be a poor farmer took a loan for tractor from Poonawala Fincorp. Following is the details:

This company is asking Rs. 7, 48, 893 on the loan amout of Rs. 4, 30, 000.
Now my brother died in September 2024 and we have written emails, met the office and contected the office staff but they are not communicating properly, delaying the matter and keep adding penalty, not allowing to have written communication, and not helping the closure of this case. Few years back they had asked Rs 50, 000 but my brother could not afford it. We have informed about his death and consideration to close the case as his wife is unemployed and a son is studying while a dughter is doing a small job.
