Poorvai group! (Poorvai pan masala, poorvai productions) all these so called companies of mr manoj kumar arora are fake companies just listed on papers!
They do not have an own office in delhi and operate from business parks thereby renting a cabin for a monthly price.

This poorvai company is completely fake as they do not provide joining conformation to the candidates thereby they just terminate the employees in a matter of a week of few days time.
Also not to forget that you would not be paid any salary by the company and you might by terminated for no reason.
However when you ask the company about salary they will quote you that what makes you think that you an employee of the company and certainly you niether do have offer letter now any confirmation from mr manoj kumar (Director of pooorvai pan masala and poorvai productions)
Moreover he is pervert who would pry on girls and also you might get tempted by the unrealistic salary which he offers with amazing perks. Also no or little resource allocation from the company might make you wonder what exactly you are doing in your life.

Manoj Kumar is an absolute fraud. He claims to have several companies, all are of the fly by night variety and none of them are either registered or even operational. There is only one permanent employee who calls himself Sunil and tortures the employees on behalf of Kumar.
His first scam was 'India's first wildlife park' called Poorvai Wildlife, then Poorvai Constructions, Poorvai Productions followed by Bobby Milk and now Poorvai Pan Masala.
His modus operandi is simple, rent a cabin in one of Noida or Delhi's industrial complexes, recruit employees and distributers via unsuspecting HR Companies online, offer unrealistic salaries and deals to mostly young and naive employees, then shortly after terminate employment for no reason. No contract document, resources or any kind of employment security is given to employees. For the short time you are with the company you will be expected to work long hours, entertain drunken late night phonecalls from Kumar and subject to harassment both sexual, if you are a girl and mental, with unrealistic expectations from his end.
One of his ways of appearing reliable is uploading and showing potential employees his pictures with various celebrities but in truth he doesn't have any connections with any of them. He also claims to have political connections with whichever party is in power in the North - First Congress, then AAP and how the RSS but as expected those too are all false claims.
One wonders what his real motives are. Maybe other cheated and disgruntled employees can shed light ?
