I am filing this complaint against Pop UPI regarding the unresolved issue with a product I purchased from their platform. Despite following their stated process and contacting the brand, as instructed, there has been no resolution for over 20 days.
The company's redirection to the brand is in direct violation of their 7-day return policy, and my repeated requests for a return and refund have been ignored. Their lack of response and inaction has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
