Popshop — Not delivered my parcels and charged me with RTO fees

Order id:[protected]-0163191

This order id is the order number that customer had placed.
All fake delivery attempts were made to the buyer.
Order was placed by the buyer on 5th january.
Delivery persons number has not ben shared with me that is the seller and even not with the buyer.
Both o[censored]s have made numerous calls to the customer care numbers and re attempt was promised to both of is that is the buyer and seller.
Now the parcel is getting returned to me that is the seller and rto charges are being applied to it.
It is against the bussiness ethics as the buyer has not received the parcel despite several requests and i being the seller has lost him as a customer.
And upon checking the mobile app it still shows in transit.
Will share the screenshot in the picture.
And it is clearly visible that no or zero updates are provided after 13 january 2021.
