I am a lady and a senior citizen. I purchased a car wagon r automatic reg. No kl 39 k 5685 from popular automobiles in 2016. Within months, it had a problem with the battery getting discharged and so it stopped 3 times on the road and battery was replaced.
I did the car service, oil change etc on 13.3.2019 paying rs.3800/-. I didnot drive the car for two days as i was not well. When i took it to drive mode to my alarm it went in a high speed before applying the accelerator. Luckily it didnt hit the wall as it was a bit far off. I expected a feedback call from the workshop. Two days after smt. Vidya called and i reported the complaint. After that
A smt. Sonia called. Still no one came. I called back. Then somebody offered to come at odd hours. And finally after 13 days a technician came today. But he said no one told him it was automatic car and he cant do anything. As i am in urgent need of my car i allowed them to take the car to workshop again without receiving any papers... I don't know how they will return it. If there is some other defects now on return, it should be corrected from here. Earlier within 2 months of purchase, the battery of the car got discharged and car stopped several times on public road and finally they changed the battery of the new car.
I have spent my petrol unnecessarily for taking car again and again to the workshop. Every day from 13.3.2019, i was hiring taxi for my daily travel to different courts and other places daily. I want to get all the expenses incurred by me all these 13 days and compensation for the difficulties i suffered since i could not take my car. I also want them to ensure that the car is in good condition.
