Respected sir/ madam,
I am using hyundai santro GLS for the past 5 years, one month back i noticed my car has
1) startig trouble
2) leak from wiper tank
3) improper fuctioning of left indicator (both front and back)
4) wiper blade complaints
so i took my car to popular hyundai pvt ltd Adichira kottayam as i was working at Govt Medical college Kottayam . At service statin i explained the problems to Tomson george service advisor(Mob No[protected]), he kept the car in the service staton for more than one day and driven the car for about 70 kms and returned back the car stating that all problems had been rectfied, and when i cheked the vehicle the wiper on driver, s side were broken, strating trouble persisted and wiper tank is leaking even after replacing, and the problem of the indicator was also persistng for that they charged me 5000 rs . Because of he same problems i showed the car again to the same service staton and they replaced spme tubes and again charged me 660 rs, in additon to the bill which i have paid already for the same complaints.After 2days car developed the same complaints, so i contacted the service centre again. Those kind of poor services form popular hyundai adichira kottayam has created lots of problems like loss of mony and time during my work, being a doctor at Govt medical co;;ege kottayam. so i humbly request you to look in to the matter seriously and do the needful ( i am ready to produce the bill which i have paid for the same) ...
