Please at least read my below concern. I don't know how much this will help for me.
I am living in chennai and severe rain flooded in my area and my car damaged in flood.I have given my car for service on 29th December 2015. Insurance survey report came and I paid Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) dated 20th January 2016.
The service center (Popular Vehicles in Keelkattalai, Chennai) committed to give the vehicle on or before 15th March 2016. The wait for required spare parts from Maruthi went too long and lots of follow up undergone from my side . Finally service center received the spare parts from Maruthi as per Popular Service center executive.
Today I have been informed to visit and they will deliver the vehicle today. When I reached to Maruthi Service center, I was disappointed very much due to below reasons.
1) Fibre parts just below the windshield front glass eaten by Mouse or spoiled due to some other reason.
2) Front fender dent badly.
3) CAR colour faded. (Suspecting the car were kept on the sunlight for more than three months).
4) Only 90% works completed and parked outside for the Insurance agent inspection.
The executive said CAR is ready now. I told to the executive to get this repaired without charging any money from my pocket. Because when I was given the vehicle for repair there were no issues for the body parts from outside atleast.
This is the observation from outside. I did not see the inner parts status of the CAR. At the same time executive is asking me to provide GOOD FEEDBACK. In what terms they are asking for good rating I don't know.
The amount which I have paid for the service.
a) 3200/- dated 29th December 2015 ---Towing charges
b) 20000/- dated 20th January 2016 ---Estimate amount after the insurance Survey.
Total = 23200/-
