It's regarding my vehicle registration number TN07 CX 9874 which was sent to Popular Service Centre Keelkattalai on December 9th, 2023 as was affected by the Michuang Cyclone. Later it's categorised as C by the Insurance company.
Further I would like to inform that my vehicle was received by the Workshop in Keelkattalai. Since then the insurance claim etc process was happening. At last I decided to surrender my vehicle to the insurance company. But yesterday evening when I called bodyshop manager to please check my belongings in the vehicle, I came to know through him that my vehicle has been shifted to the Yard before 20-25 days. My concern here is that Why I was not informed during shifting my vehicle from Workshop to Yard that too before giving confirmation from my side that I am going to surrender the vehicle to the Buyer through Insurance company.
Also it is informed by the buyer to me that the vehicle is not found in the condition in which I have sent to the service centre. He informed that the music system from the car is missing before the buyer came to lift the vehicle on 29.01.2024.
Upon asking to the manager he was saying your vehicle is fully safe. Then how the music system from the vehicle is missing/stolen. Was this information helpful? |
