I am writing to express my concern regarding an unresolved issue with my Maruti Suzuki Eeco.
On Monday, 27th October, while travelling from Trivandrum to Tenkasi, my Eeco stopped suddenly near Shengottai and could not be restarted due to a starting problem. I then towed the car to your authorized service centre, Aadhi Maruti Suzuki, Vaikkalpalam (Tenkasi).
Despite leaving the car there for two days, the team was unable to identify or fix the problem. I was told that they could not determine the cause of the issue. Since the car remained unfixed, I had no option but to tow the vehicle again from Tenkasi to Trivandrum, which was both risky and expensive.
I then handed over the car to the Maruti Suzuki Service Centre in Trivandrum. However, after keeping the car for one week, they also informed me that they couldn’t identify the issue. They mentioned that they would wait for a similar car to arrive so they could test parts and try to resolve the problem. It has been a week now, and there has been no progress—the car is still at the same spot, and I haven’t received any clear update.
I am extremely disappointed with the service experience so far. I have spent a considerable amount of money towing my vehicle between service centres, yet the issue remains unresolved. Since this is a Maruti Suzuki vehicle and all services have been handled by your authorized centres, I expect a prompt and effective resolution.
Kindly escalate this matter to a manager or higher-level official and arrange for my vehicle to be properly inspected and repaired at the earliest.
