I had placed an order on Porter on 1st may 2025. The rider collected the parcel but completed the ride without delivering the product. I have raised multiple complaints on the application of Porter since 1st may 2025, but they are not addressing my complaint. Moreover, they closed my complaint from backend on 9th May and now they are saying that since i have closed the complaint (which is technically impossible. one can't close a order of 1st may on 9th may) they can't do anything.
For initial 10 days, they ignored my complaint saying they have registered the complaint and someone from their team will resolve this. They even asked details of package which i have send them 3 times. But now they are saying that either i have to coordinate with the rider directly or nothing can be done in this.
Even asking them multiple times, they never send any communications over mail.
They lost my parcel worth 1500, i want full refund for the same.
Kindly take necessary action in this and facilitate my refund for the parcel Was this information helpful? |
