I booked a packer and mover service through Porter in Bangalore to shift household items. During the move my television was severely damaged due to mishandling by Porter's personnel. This booking was covered under Porter's insurance policy, which explicitly promises compensation for damages incurred during transit.
I immediately raised a complaint and submitted Booking ID and service detail, photographic evidence of the damage and repair/replacement cost estimates.
