Porter. In — Non refund of registration fee

Dear Sir,
I registered with porter for driver app for bike delivery system and paid 999/- as per them the document verification takes 10 days max time otherwise the amount will be refund, I am 51 yrs plus age person and earning bread for my family via delivery system.
Till today no refund received in my account kindly help in providing the same
