Sir, I placed an order for a PortOBlend portable juicer blender on 01/01/2021, the order number for which is #3219. I am unable to contact their customer care via email as the address is unreachable/invalid.
I was able to track the package a few days back when it showed that the package was in transit to India. Now that tracking site is unreachable/invalid. When I try to go to the tracking site the message is displayed "Site currently unavailable"
I have already paid Rs.299 online towards the product. Please let me know what is the status of the money paid for the product. Can I be refunded the amount and the order cancelled ?
