I have booked a speed post parcel domestic (EE[protected]IN) at Wokha S O on 12/12/2022 at 11:32:36 and after that the parcel status is showing dispatched from Kolkata RMS Mails TMO on 19/12/2022. But after that I am not getting any updates or I didn't receive my parcel yet. I also raise a complaint ([protected])on 21/12/2022. So far I have not received any message from their (India Post) end.
I would be very grateful if my complaint is put in a top priority.
