I had ordered from chennaionlineflorists.com for an eggless cake, orchid flowers and seasonal fruits to be delivered to my uncles's place on his birthday, oct 6 2012, but the recieved gift was totally to on par wit what was displayed on the website, I tried contacting them through their call center number [protected], but I couldn't get through even after waiting for 30 minutes,

then I got their florist number [protected], vasam florist in new Avadi road, their response was that they were ordered by the website people to send 10 flowers with fruits and a cake, when I asked if they have any contact number for chennaionlineflorist.com they said they don't have any contact number, and they will callback and cut my call,

I have attached a image with the receipt I received , the product that is displayed and the product that is recieved
