They don't even deserve this 1-star! This company is an absolute fraud, looting people and wasting our hard-earned money. Your service is pathetic and disgraceful. I registered a complaint on April 23, 2026. After calling 50 times, a mechanic visited on May 20 and ordered a part. Today is June 1, and it's still missing! Waiting for summer to end? Living in this extreme heat is hell. You take money like professionals but give service like beggars.
I will STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE: NEVER, EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS BRAND! Save your money and mental peace, stay away from this fraud company. Is your company so bankrupt that you can't arrange a single part in a month? Shave your heads and close this fraud business. Your brand name is a joke and your standard is cheaper than dirt.
