Powercut Issue — Powercut issue form 9am onwards

We have powercut from 9am to till onwards, I'll try to contact customer care nearby and also I contacted headquarters of electricity board., But there is no response from anyone. Here lots of babies, school children's and old age people's there., They are suffered due to powercut. So please kindly solve this issue immediately.
