[Resolved]  PowerWind Limited — Worst Company- Led by cheater

Address: Gurgaon, Haryana

This Company is also known as group company of RS India Group. This is a company for the sake of name only and they flout rules, regulation and laws of the land. This is led by a sole person Raj Kumar Yadav, who is the sole problem. He is having many cases against him and still cheats his clients, vendors and employees. The company believe in master servant relation with no place of respect to others or employees. He does not give the money of the poor vendors or clients. The company hires professionals by making fake promises and totally exploit them. Reason is that the company is not led by professional but a person with criminal mentality. He along with my money has grabbed the money of other clients. The employees come and go after being cheated. Would never suggest anyone to deal with this company. If this is true then inquire in detail about this company and the truth will be before you

geeta_takhelcha's response We want to resolve this and get it removed at the earliest. This is more a defamation case and not a consumer complaint. The website should have first vetted before publishing and we reserve our right to take necessary legal action against the website if this is not resolved within 3 days from today.

I think you should check it again.. We are also facing same problem with Powerwind...We are one of vendor of Powerwind.. And we totally agree with Abhishek that"This is a company for the sake of name only and they flout rules, regulation and laws of the land.Would never suggest anyone to deal with this company." please share your id, , I will mail forward you one mail which was sent by us to amita duggal recently.

Please contact the Company for any grievances that you may have giving full details. We have checked our record and have not found any details relating to the allegations you have made.

I am totally agree with you, We are one of vendor of Power wind ltd.Would never suggest anyone to deal with this company... There HR manager Amita Duggal is one of biggest cheater & Liar in that company. She said candidate is rejected or not joined but on our back side she asked them to join..one of our candidate also told us that she asked him to don't tell us that you are going to join...
And now recent incident is that one of our candidate join iune 2014 but she didn't told us asked to us share more CV for that particular profile...
Now we trying to contact her(Amita Duggal) but she behave very rudely & unprofessionally or disconnect our call during conversation...

Every word written against this Company is 101% correct. They are cheaters. They don't give vendor payments and in-spite of repeated follow-ups, no result.
