Poweryourtrade From Moneycontrol — Fundamental package

I had subscribed to PYD fundamental package in April 2020. But till date could not use this package as i have not received the mailers/SMS. I have written several times to PYT but strangely no response from PYT except that 'we have shifted to a new site for better service please write there'. I have submitted my problem there also but no response. I am feeling lucky to just subscribing to 90 days package otherwise it would be very big loss. PYT service is very poor and incase you struck like me dont expect your money return or complaint redressal. Please be aware.
