Copying to the education minister, mr. Vivek sasodia and director of education and labor law minister (Compliant dated – 02/06/2018 in reference to mental harassment and non clearance of pf papers and using foul languages – abusive language and verbal threat to individual) I am writing this letter of complaint specifically against a private school that i have worked with for a year[protected], pp international school, pitampura delhi. For your consideration and inspection, i have mentioned the name and address of the school below: Pp international school Lala lajpat marg, pitampura Delhi Please note: the school is owned and governed by the owner of jeweler chain, pp jewelers, ddelhi. Dear sir/ maam, I have worked for this school from 2017 till 2018. Upon forceful resignation, the school first denied to clear my salary. After running pillar to post and complaining at several departments they cleared my bafre minimum salary and assured that i would get my pf cleared along form 16. I recent past, a month back when i tried approaching the school for my pf clearance and form 16, the chairman not only verbally abused me but also threatened me saying he will sabotage my teaching career. I had in all only asked them to clear what was legally my right as an ex employee of an organization, that is, 1. My pf details to be updated on portal and forms cleared for claiming my pf 2. The for 16 (To file my it return) as i have worked with them for a year You would be surprised to know that this is not the first instance, rahul gupta, the chairman has the reputation of such nescience even in the past. The teachers keep moving out after very sorry tenures, many a times during the semester. There's no clarity of who is the principal with different names registered with different departments. As far as i know they don't have a principal for past 5-6 years! All then about parent-teacher association (Pta) which is mandatory as per law of land and rte, however school management told us it is a secret... Secert... Yes, you read it correctly! ☺ The focus of school management seems to be to gloss over their image by deleting facebook pages and google listings... Hiding reviews and getting new new listings created with fake reviews. I hope against hope that the school management comes to it's senses before it rest of the parents start taking a stand and start withdrawing their wards like many o[censored]s did. The Complaint submitted by Mr Mayank Handa is completely false. He has a habit of writing false complaints about each and every organisation he has worked with. I think he is frustrated from his own family and that is a reason he leaves the organisation wherever he work in a very short span and try to extort them. He has also applied a loan and submitted fake documents. Please everyone be very careful of Mr Mayank Handa coz he can reach any level for his personal gains. Also, check reviews posted by him, you will get to know that he complaints for all the places wherever he works.

It's nice that you are so concerned about school conditions in Delhi. But I'm sorry to say that you are going in the wrong direction by complaining about a school that is not students, teachers, and staf[censored]nfriendly.
Rather they (PP International School) help the most as compared to other schools. I have also worked in other schools, so I can say so and you can vouch on that.
The way you are saying that you had recordings shows that from the initial moment you had bad intentions about the school, staff, and management.
Though I have also left the school I didn't face any of the problems as mentioned by you. So please don't spread false rumors.
My advice to you is that you should say whatever is true. This will help not only in future jobs but also in your life.

To all the people who are reading my comment, you are requested to go to Mayank Handa's profile (just click on Mayank19may1986 on the top of this page, you will be surprised to know that not only PP International School but O.P Jindal University, Visas Avenue, Microtek International, Franchise India Hoardings Limited has also mentally harassed and abused Mr Mayank Handa & alot of them have terminated him and hasn't paid him his dues.
I think Mr Mayank Handa should get his doctor check up done and should stop harassing and blackmailing reputed institutions just to extort money.

I have been working here for the last four years and I feel no doubts in stating that school has always supported me through thick and thin of life. The management has always extended their support in the best of the ways. I would even like to mention here that the chairman Mr.Rahul Gupta and the Vice-Principal Ms.Deepi Bector were extremely supportive during my days of pregnancy. I couldn't have asked for anything more from an organisation. Moreover, I was given paid maternity leave too for the time I was on leave. Furthermore, I was offered flexible working hours thereafter taking into account that my son was too young. What else could we ask in terms of support Mr.Mayank Handa?
I would like to add here, so that you get your facts right, that my son had fallen sick when he was 1 year old and needed mother's care as suggested by his paediatrician. Irrespective of the fact that the annual day had been scheduled on the same weekend, the chairman Mr.Rahul Gupta rendered his support and confirmed my leave for a month.
I am extremely happy to be associated with such an organisation which steps into the employee's shoes and understand their problem to the core.

If I talk about P.P.Interntaional School, this is THE BEST school in the North Delhi. After seeing such fake complaints from Mr. Mayank Handa, I have positive points for this school too. Starting from their discipline. all the faculty of the school, they are very disciplined and really very strict in order to maintain the decorum of the school . Secondly, the teachers, the faculty is too good and experienced and pays attention to each and every child they teach and thirdly the extra curricular activities that they provide, school give opportunity to different student to come up and show their talents.

All this is not true...because the school has always been sensitive to the needs of special students. PP International School is a great learning environment which provides a conducive change in the life of students.
I am very surprised to see such fake allegations against the school. PP International School promotes the teacher parent interaction for the smooth functioning and redressal of issues. School takes all the concerns regarding the welfare of its students seriously.

Pp International school is the most prestigious school in north west Delhi.
The allegations leveled in this complaint are false and hence they are all denied. I am working in this school since April 2018 and full salary is been paid to me. Regarding Pf details, I am being informed regularly about the deductions made from my account every month.

I have been associated with pp international for past 7 months and I have never faced the issues that you have stated above. Rather, the working environment here is very friendly and safe and the management here respects its female staff.
