I had ordered a Wizpad Z1 Pro (10.1 inch, 6GB 64GB, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling | Expandable Memory Up to 256GB), Coal Black on 22nd September from "Bookmytab.com" website. Payment ID[protected] of Rs. 3999.2/- was made for Frankie Enterprises and Order ID is [protected]. On 11th October I collected the parcel from DTDC local office and found out that the delivered item is not the one ordered. I had received one 5 inch PRATA mobile. I tried contacting the service no.(+[protected] mentioned in the website however the no. was not answered. Another step that I took was consulting with local DTDC office and obtaining the address of the consignor. The vendor was PR trading, C-34 B Kalkaji, Near Gole Chakkar, New Delhi.
