Praba Tex Elampillai — Damaged saree

I had placed an order for saree and paid Rs, 790/- (that is Rs.750 for saree and Courier charges Rs, 40)

But they had send me damaged sarees, so i had asked to take it back.
After sending all the videos and photos she accepted for taking back. I couriered back the saree in Professional courier, they charged me Rs.80/-
First she said will return my money back once i send the docket number.
After sending it she was saying only after that sarees she get on hands she will pay me back.

i was tracking my order, it was reached on 15.02.23 but she was saying some server issue and paid me only Rs.750/-

So i had lost Rs.120/- first courier charges Rs.40 and return back courier charges Rs.80/-

I want them to repay my money back. I had paid through phone pe.

Hope you will take necessary action and make them to return back my money
