I'm writing to share my experience after visiting your Tirunelveli clinic on July 9, 2025, for pigmentation concerns. Dr. Raja Lakshmi conducted a face test, explained the results, and recommended 6 peel treatment sessions along with booster inspection and daily care supplementation with all expenses of Rs 48000/-

I paid Rs 9600/- to the clinic and the remaining amount Rs 38400/-covered by Bajaj Finance from the clinic itself. The first peel treatment was completed on the same day.

After the 4th sitting, I consulted Dr. Raja Lakshmi, expressing concerns about minimal improvement. She advised a double layer peel treatment, which was done.on[protected] However, post-treatment, my face was very tight and swelling was everywhere.

Despite informing the clinic and sending photos, I didn't receive a timely response. After a day the team instructed me to wash my face with cold water, but the swelling persisted.

I had to consult a local doctor, who prescribed medication to resolve the issue. I have since declined further treatment and requested a refund for the unused sessions. However, my request remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.

The details of the unused sessions are as follows:
- Hylo Boost 1ml: Rs 12, 072 (including GST)
- Yellow Peel Face 6 Sitting: Rs 23, 000 (Rs 3, 833 per sitting x 01 unused sitting.I'm claiming Rs 3883/-)

I request you to look into this matter and provide a refund for the unused sessions (Rs 15, 905)

Also expect compensation for the distress and lost 04 working days.
