Iordered for airefill for Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD with service Personnel Mr. Bhubeswaran [phone[protected]] visiting on 12 07 2025. I Paid Rs. 6189 through Gpay UPI Transaction ID[protected] [protected]@okicici.
The service person did not answer or take my call for the past 22 days. Suddenly dashed in today (2 8 2025) at 12 hrs without calling and rudely changed the refill and left without cleaning the area or draining the water. He demanded my phone number, I SHared. Later asked for the OTP meant for customer login which I did not share. He left rudely.
This behavious to a senior citizen who is sik aged 65 years is unbecoming of Eureka.
Kindly advise the personnel suitably.
