Prabhavathi — Not ready to refund the down payment - Cheated

I enrolled in the program after receiving several commitments during the pre-sales discussions. However, after making the payment, the quality of the curriculum and coaching turned out to be extremely poor and completely different from what was promised.

During the enrollment process, there was no mention of any 20% deduction policy for refunds. Now, when I have raised concerns and requested a refund, the team is refusing to process it and is communicating very rudely.

I have already requested a refund multiple times, but there has been no proper response from the support team. Instead, I received the following email from Mr. Kapil Kumar:

“Dear Prabhavathi,
Greetings from PlanetSpark!
We can't refund the full amount & closing this case from our end.
Thank you.

@Aditya Rai: Loan will remain active here & EMI's will keep on debiting.”

Not only are they refusing the refund, but they are also not willing to stop the EMI deductions, which is completely unacceptable. I never agreed to continue paying for a service that I am not using and that was misrepresented during the sales process.

I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against this organization for misleading customers and denying legitimate refund requests.

I also request immediate cancellation of the loan/EMI and a full refund of the total amount I have paid.

This kind o[censored]nethical practice should not be allowed to continue, as it can mislead and financially affect many other customers.
