Prabhu — Request for user ID activation

Hi Sir, I am Prabhu, I have account in branch.

Last week I try to login Internet banking unfortunately disabled for my user ID & I forgot my debit card pin number also, I call my branch to activate they say we can't help to you, you can call customer service for registered mobile number.
But I'm right now in overseas I can't make phone call. I need your help to reactivate for my user ID.
