My A/C no is[protected] and Bill for the Period 20.02.2016 to 19.03.2016.
1. My Data uses limit is 1.2 GB and I could not complete the same and Missed almost 450 MB. In my bill it has been shown that Internet Data Uses is 1.563 GB which is not possible.
2. While taking 399 CUG Plan it has been intimated through SMS that all local call will be charged @ Rs.0.30 per minute. But in the bill it has been charged @ Rs 0.50per min.
Due to above the bill has been inflated to Rs 710/- whic I totally believe is incorrect.To day I visited yr. Park Street Office Kolkata - 700016 office and could not get a solution from them. I wanted to hand over a written complaint which was not accepted and I was told to apply online..
My bill DUE date is 8th April 2016 after which I have to pay fine of Rs 100/-.
You are therefore requested to see my record correctly and send me the corrected bill urgently to enable me pay within DUE DATE of 08.04.2016.
