Good day to you, this is pushpa pal valuable customer since 10 years i am facing trouble while using
the
connection now a days. I ma trying to contact you as well as so many times telecom with representative
but till date i am facing same problem.
From date 28.06.2015 my connection is not working problem the problem "Call ended while connect to some
one as well as incoming also in our family we are using 03 SIMS having same problem they are:
[protected], [protected] and [protected].
Kindly do favour to resolve this issue ASAP, treat as urgent

i complaint in customer care but they are make fullish to us. and they sent a sms --
( dear costomer our concern on cell conectivity has been closed through comunication id- C1- [protected] for refrence. you may call 198 and selectoption of APPEAL on IVR within 30 days of complaint closer in case of any dispute. thank you.)
