Pragathi Royale II is one of the wonders on the fraud Pragathi Developers. All walls are wet and leaking within a year of possession, pathetic construction and only C Grade quality material and labour used for everything. A Horrible workmanship, the whole flat is like a breeding place for insects. No pesticides. Water from the swimming pool is leaking and staining the cars in the basement with permanent paint. This builder is a fraud does not pay any workers... hires cheap labour, absolutely no professionals at all. All pipes are seen outside and painted white. I wonder still people are getting conned. The builder claims that this Pragathi Royale II is like a 5 star hotel. The builder is such a deception. The expected date for completion of these projects was January it’s not yet completed. The swimming pool has no inlet and out let pipe, the water is always dirty, no filter. No water treatment plant has been installed till date, for which builder collected money and persuade someone else again
