This is a worst company and do the mental harassment of their employees. If any one wants to leave company, the director 'Siddharth Jalan'(Cutiya) starts shouting on them like a dog and then told them to leave the company within a hour. This company is a crook company and harass its employee within few weeks of joining. If you are "BOY" you can't attend your phone call or u can't even move from ur seats (except wash-room).
Siddharth Jalan makes rules for himself only where he see his benefit only. He calls all the girls of the company in his cabin without any reason just for time pass. "Siddharth Jalan" 1 no. ka chutiya insaan hai. No employees benefit in the company except .He promises so many things to employees like (salary increment, medical, bonus ) but when time came he refused his promises and again promises we will do on next year. The employees are good but the director (Siddharth Jalan) of the company is worst.
Raj sir, Rahul sir. I respect you. If you guys want to run your company with respect then "Siddharth Jalan" ko smjhao hw to behave with employees.
Don't want to speak more agar nahi sudhara "Siddharth Jalan" to more detail mein likhna padega.
